CEO & Founder

Rosie Investment Corporation is a local community developer founded in 2014, by real estate investor, owner LeVar Love. With a focal point of redevelopment within the city of Chicago, Rosie Investment Corp. aims to improve underserved communities through profitable change.

LeVar Love is a results-oriented leader with over fifteen years of real estate experience, including residential redevelopment, commercial new construction, and operations facilities management. LeVar has dedicated his time and efforts to fine tuning the processes of back office infrastructure through community development projects. 

 

He has a successful record in business development in the competitive real estate industry and has started and grown several small businesses over the last 13 years. LeVar holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from Belmont University and a degree in Business Administration from Tennessee State University. Commitment to residential community development in the west and south sides of Chicago through various outlets of apprenticeship and training programs has been the focus of growth for Rosie Investment. 

 

Purpose Meets Passion

LeVar has been able to maintain and build his portfolio over the last decade by showing commitment to the development and training of minority contractors within the community. LeVar’s vision of promoting generational wealth through small business development coaching, leadership and mentoring is what continues to fuel his passion for community transformations.
